Mustaqbal University, Represented by the College of Engineering and Computer Science, Organizes an Orientation Program for New Students

Mustaqbal University, represented by the College of Engineering and Computer Science, organized a special orientation program for new students of both the male and female sections. This program reflects the university’s commitment to preparing new students and equipping them to embark on their academic journey with confidence and effectiveness.

The program included a series of segments aimed at introducing the students to the various departments of the college, as well as highlighting the services and facilities provided by the university to support their educational journey. Additionally, the program shed light on student activities and academic opportunities available to enhance the learning experience.

In the male section, the program began with a welcoming speech delivered by the Dean of the College, Dr. Salim Saleh Alsalim, who welcomed the new students and encouraged them to dedicate themselves to their studies to achieve academic success and excellence. Following the speech, the Student Council gave a presentation, which provided an overview of the university and its various colleges, with a focus on the departments and services of the College of Engineering and Computer Science, along with student activities and academic advising.

In the female section, the program was attended by the Supervisor of the University Studies Center for Female Students, Dr. Munira Abdullah Alabdan, who gave a welcoming speech to the new female students, emphasizing the importance of diligence and active participation in university activities. The program included the same segments, such as academic advising and a comprehensive presentation on academic resources and the university’s official website.

At the conclusion of the program, outstanding students and members of the Student Council in both sections were honored, as part of the college’s efforts to foster a sense of belonging, encourage new students to actively engage in university life, and support them in achieving academic excellence.
