As part of enhancing its strategic partnerships, Mustaqbal University, represented by the IT Management, organized a virtual training course titled “Information and Documents Security and Preservation Methods.” The course was directed at the members of the Committee for the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice in Qassim region, aiming to enhance their proficiency in securing data and information. The course was delivered by Engineer Abdullah Alabboudi, a specialist in the field of information security. The course witnessed a notable attendance from the committee members, with 104 participants.
During the course, focus was placed on methods of protecting documents and digital information, emphasizing the importance of implementing best international practices and standards in this field. The course provided participants with the tools and skills needed to achieve the highest levels of security, ensuring effective data and information protection. This course is part of Mustaqbal University’s ongoing efforts to actively contribute to enhancing the technical and knowledge capabilities of the committee members.

Mustaqbal University Honors Participants in the Ramadan Program “With the Quran”

Mustaqbal University, represented by the Student and Graduate Affairs Department and in collaboration with the Charitable Association for Quran Memorization in Buraidah, honored the participants in the “With the Quran” Ramadan program. The ceremony, attended by Dr. Munira Abdullah Alabdan, celebrated four winners: Mona Fahd Al-Harbi, Maha Abdullah Alwahbi, Fatun Suleiman Alhajilan, and Anwar Abdulrahman Alhajilan. The program aims to make the most of the holy month and to master the art of Tajweed and recitation of the Holy Quran.

Mustaqbal University celebrates Eid al-Fitr with university leaders and staff in attendance

Mustaqbal University celebrated Eid al-Fitr in the presence of several university leaders and staff members. The event was hosted by Dr. Mohammad Saleh Alshitawi, President of the University, and was attended by Mr. Yusuf Saleh Alshitawi, Vice President of the Board of Trustees, and Dr. Hisham Abdulkarim Almashiqeh, Secretary of the Board of Trustees, as well as college deans and several university staff members. The Public Relations Department organized the event on Monday, which corresponded to 6/10/1445 H.

Throughout the celebration, participants offered congratulations and well-wishes, with everyone praying that this occasion would bring benefits and prosperity to the country, its wise leadership, and loyal people. In his remarks, the President expressed gratitude to all staff members for their ongoing efforts to improve the educational process and provide community services. Mustaqbal University’s Training Management prepared a specific training course called “Creative Thinking Skills for Leaders” as a strategic step to increase creativity inside its administrative and academic structures. Dr. Ahmed Atallah Alrifai gave the training course, which was designed to help university leaders and administrators strengthen their creative talents and increase their ability for effective leadership in a changing academic and administrative environment.

Mustaqbal University Improves Students’ Job Market Readiness with “Opportunities and Challenges in the Job Market” Lecture.

Mustaqbal University, represented by Student and Alumni Affairs Department organized a scientific lecture titled “Opportunities and Challenges in the Job Market,” presented by Mr Ibrahim Ali Alzughbi, as part of its ongoing efforts to prepare its students for the demands of the job market and to improve communication with professional experts. The talk highlighted critical subjects such as the current challenges facing the employment market, possibilities available to graduates, and crucial tactics for overcoming these challenges and capitalizing on opportunities. The emphasis was on the value of early preparation for students to enter the labor market and improve their personal and professional skills. At the end of the lecture, students were able to ask questions and receive responses.

This lecture is one of a series of events and activities offered by Mustaqbal University to help its students keep up with the rapidly changing labor market and improve their prospects of landing competitive employment after graduation.

Mustaqbal University’s female law students team qualified for the round of 32 in the International Commercial Arbitration Competition.

A team of female students from Law Department at Mustaqbal University qualified for the round of 32 in the fifth edition of the International Commercial Arbitration Competition, which is organized by the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration, demonstrating excellence and the ability to compete at both local and international levels.

Adeem Ahmad Alghafis, Dhikra Sulaiman Alsulaim, Aroub Khaled Abalkhail, Lama Khaled Aldakhil, Maha Mohammed Albaghati, and Nebras Fahad Alharbi are the team’s members, which represents an elite group of Law Department students. They managed to stand out among 134 teams from 27 countries.

This qualification is the result of the team’s preparation and efforts under the supervision of Dr. Dalal Abdulsalam Muatamed and Dr. Kamela Mohammed Ghareeb, which enabled them, by Allah’s grace, to demonstrate their legal capabilities in a manner commensurate with the university’s reputation and standing.

Commenting on this achievement, Mustaqbal University’s president expressed his pride and appreciation for the Law Department’s team’s progress in this competition, emphasizing that it reflects the university’s high quality of education and training for its students. He prayed to Allah for the team’s success in the future rounds of the competition.

In a pioneering step toward improving the link between the educational process and job market requirements, the Business Administration Club at College of Administrative Sciences and Humanities in Mustaqbal University, in collaboration with “The Professionals” company, organized a workshop titled “Preparation for the Job Market”. The workshop was attended by Dr. Ahmad Saleh Altwaijri, Dean of the College of Administrative Sciences and Humanities, as well as a number of male and female university students who want to improve their abilities and expand their job market chances.

The workshop’s goal is to educate students and graduates with the knowledge and tools they need to not only enter but also flourish in the labor market. It covered important topics including professional resume writing, personal interview tactics, and strategies for developing a personal brand, as well as providing a detailed review of promising job sectors and how to navigate various career routes.

Mustaqbal University commemorated the anniversary of the establishment of the first Saudi state with a celebration filled with pride and honor. The event, sponsored by the university’s president, was attended by university leaders, staff, and students, showcasing the spirit of patriotism and belonging. The university was decorated with the colors of the Saudi flag on this special day, reminding everyone of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s profound history and cultural heritage.

On the morning of the celebration day, a poetic event was hosted, brightened by the poet Mr. Mubarak Abdullah Al-Muhaimid with his patriotic verses honoring the love for the country. Also, a number of students contributed with their patriotic poems, injecting energy and enthusiasm into the event.

On this occasion, the university welcomed businessman Mr. Abdulaziz Abdullah Al-Tuwaijri, who delivered an inspiring speech highlighting the important role students play in driving progress and development in the country. The speaker emphasized the significance of maintaining national accomplishments, highlighting the crucial role of youth in advancing progress and achieving the country’s future goals. Al-Tuwaijri encouraged students to fully utilize their resources and abilities to actively contribute to the progress and success of their community.

Furthermore, the event featured a cultural competition that showcased the history of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the goal of increasing understanding of its diverse heritage.

Mustaqbal University, represented the Student Affairs and Alumni Management and the Law Club at the College of Administrative and Human Sciences, hosted a workshop titled “Pathways to Obtaining a Law License.” The workshop was conducted by Mr. Abdullah Issa Al Mutaroudi, a renowned lawyer and arbitrator. The workshop, which was graced by the presence of the College’s Dean, Dr. Ahmad Saleh Altwaijri, garnered significant interest from students of the Law Department, with approximately 100 male and female students taking part.

At the workshop, students gained insights into different aspects of the legal field, from the essential criteria for becoming a licensed attorney to the current job market dynamics for lawyers. The workshop highlighted both the advantages and disadvantages of this field, giving students a thorough understanding to assist them in making well-informed decisions regarding their career choices.

Furthermore, Mr. Al Mutaroudi highlighted strategies for entering the job market and securing employment in top law firms, stressing the significance of networking and hands-on training. Afterwards, students were given the opportunity to participate in a question-and-answer session with Mr. Al Mutaroudi, where they could ask specific questions and receive detailed answers. Mustaqbal University recently organized the Spring Student Camp with the support of University President Dr. Mohammed Saleh Alshitawi. The event took place on 25 – 26 / 7 / 1445 AH and saw a large number of students participating, reflecting the university’s commitment to enriching student experiences. The two-day event featured a range of activities including a heritage exhibition, cultural and sports competitions, and traditional foods, enhancing university life and fostering connections among students. The presence of college deans and faculty members at the event fostered a dynamic and engaging environment, enhancing the overall educational and social experience for students.

The camp had enthusiastic involvement from the General Presidency branch for the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice in the Qassim region, collaborating with the university’s Intellectual Awareness Unit to host the “Loyalty” exhibition, with the goal of promoting awareness on intellectual security. The University President, along with university leaders, visited the exhibition and commended the efforts to improve intellectual and security awareness among students.

Furthermore, the Sports Center (Fitness Time) played a significant role in the event by coordinating various sports competitions that promoted physical activity and teamwork among students.
