Introduction:

Information technology management processes constitute an aspect of great importance in the University’s organizational processes, and it is one of the main priorities of the University Administration, due to the knowledge and technical progress witnessed by the whole world, and to highlight a number of modern global trends in education, the most important of which is the trend towards e-learning applications and distance education, enabling the University to adopt the latest technical means in education, aspiring for excellence and improve the performance level of academic rooting the values and objectives, policies and strategies of the University. The IT Department is working on the development of infrastructure for information technology to keep pace with the latest technology, which is characterized by a high level of quality, safety and reliability, thus supporting the educational processes by providing, operating and maintaining educational systems, and ensuring that they are available to all users in an easy and secure manner. The Administration is working to build professional relationships and smart partnerships with specialized agencies in the field of information technology to exchange experiences to develop the information technology environment at the University.
