Training

Introduction:

Training is a strategic option for every institution or facility that aspires to enhance and qualify human cadres capable of meeting work needs and keeping pace with the rapid developments and changes in various aspects related to the field of work, as the wealth of any entity lies in its human resources. Mustaqbal University seeks to apply total quality in all its fields in pursuit of sustainable development and improvement in performance and various services. Training and qualification come within the development plans undertaken by the University.

Objectives

  1. Implementing strategic programs and plans in a way that contributes to achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
  2. Qualitative qualification of human cadres commensurate with the needs of the next stage.
  3. Raising the efficiency of the performance of male and female employees and developing their skills and abilities in their field of work.
  4. Providing trainees with experience and knowledge related to their work.
  5. Raising the level of awareness of employees to enable them to carry out their tasks efficiently and effectively.
  6. Involving employees in the renewal and development process; to enable them to face future challenges.
  7. Encouraging male and female employees to be self-reliant and to reach the stage of building self-knowledge.
  8. Enhancing the capabilities of male and female employees to use technology and digital solutions in their fields of work.
