Facilities and Inventory Management Department

Introduction:

In line with the development witnessed by Mustaqbal University and in harmony with the University’s strategic plan, the University administration established the Facilities and Inventory Management Department on 22/06/1441H.

The Facilities and Inventory Management Department is one of the largest departments at the University, carrying many important responsibilities. It aims to preserve, operate, and maintain University facilities to ensure a sustainable environment, apply the highest standards of quality and safety, develop the University campus with a future-oriented vision, and update and maintain infrastructure. The department also manages buildings with high efficiency and quality.

The Facilities Management Division consists of three main sections:

1. Operations & Maintenance
2. Development
3. Services

Providing operation, maintenance, and development services that reflect the University’s vision and commitment to its facilities, preparing them for its community, improving performance, and ensuring a supportive and stimulating educational environment for study and work.

• Apply modern and effective systems and technologies to operate University buildings and facilities.
• Increase user satisfaction with University facilities.
• Prepare maintenance contracts for facilities and follow up on their implementation.
• Beautify and develop the internal and external facilities of the University.
