Human Resource Management

Introduction:

The Human Resources Department was established under its new name, according to the minutes of the Finance and Administrative Affairs Committee, dated: 22/5/1439H, where its name was amended from Administrative Affairs “Personnel Affairs”, which was under the Department of Financial and Administrative Affairs, and according to this decision by separating the conflicting departments to make each department keep pace with the change and development witnessed by the university. The human resources management units are divided into: Personnel Affairs Unit, Faculty Members Affairs Unit, Development and Quality Unit, Recruitment and Contracts Unit, and Performance Measurement and Evaluation Unit.

Objectives:

  1. Developing processes to attract and retain qualified competencies from a strategic organizational perspective.
  2. Promote organizational satisfaction and loyalty among all university employees.
  3. Develop an efficient system for evaluating the performance of all employees leading to effective results to develop and improve employee performance.
  4. Developing training programs to ensure increased performance and improved outcomes.
