His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Prince of the Qassim region, sponsored the graduation ceremony of the fourteenth batch of students from Mustaqbal University for the academic year 1444 AH, comprising 306 graduates from various specialties and academic programs.
The ceremony began with the national anthem followed by a fragrant recitation from the Holy Quran. This was followed by the procession of the graduates, after which the president of the university, Dr. Mohammed Saleh Alshitawi, delivered a speech on this occasion. In his speech, he expressed his gratitude to Allah and highlighted the attention the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques gives to education by providing unlimited care and support for anything that advances education and its people. He also pointed out the wise leadership’s efforts in protecting minds from any harmful influences, referencing the war against drugs led by His Royal Highness the Crown Prince which aims to strike with an iron fist against those who seek to corrupt or damage minds. He expressed his profound thanks and appreciation to the Prince of the Qassim region for sponsoring this precious occasion, and also thanked the Minister of Education, Mr. Yusuf Abdullah Albaniyan, for his guidance and oversight of the education sector.
He congratulated the graduates, urging them to thank Allah for their success and excellence, to seek Allah’s guidance in every decision, consult those qualified for advice, rely on Allah, and have trust in Him.
He advised them to continue learning and acquiring skills that match the updates of the age to help them seize opportunities and build a bright future. He prayed for their success in their careers, that they may serve Islam, their homeland, and its leaders. He then expressed profound thanks to all university staff and the Board of Trustees for everything they have contributed to achieving the students’ current level of knowledge and skills, and he also thanked the owners and founders for their continuous support. At the end of the ceremony, the president of the Board of Trustees and the president of the university presented a commemorative gift to the Prince of the Qassim region on this occasion.
