Second Strategic Plan 2026 - 2030
The Second Strategic Plan (2026–2030) represents a logical continuation of the University’s First Strategic Plan, with priorities recalibrated to align with the institution’s maturity, accreditation and quality requirements, stakeholder feedback—including students, faculty members, employees, employers, parents, and graduates—and future trends in higher education. This continuation is founded on the principle of “continuity with adjustment”; that is, preserving what was established under the first plan while addressing performance gaps identified through diagnostic reports and lessons learned, and redirecting investments toward the highest-impact value drivers during 2026–2030.
