The Mustaqbal University Football League was officially started on Wednesday, 1/5/1445 AH, under the patronage of Dr. Mohammed Saleh Alshitawi, President of Mustaqbal University. Dr. Ahmad Saleh Altwaijri, Assistant President of the University for Educational Affairs, and Dr. Khalid Ibrahim Aljaithen, Director of Student Affairs and Alumni, attended the first match of the league, which was arranged by the Student Affairs and Alumni Administration. The staff team defeated the law team by a score of 6/4.
This season’s league features five teams competing in a home-and-away format: the staff, the Law Department, the Business Administration Department, the alumni, and the College of Engineering.
