General Admission Requirements

To be admitted as a new student to Mustaqbal University, an applicant must meet the following requirements:

1. Hold a General Secondary Education Certificate or its equivalent from within or outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. Be medically fit.
3. Submit the required documents through the Online Admission Portal.

To complete the application, applicants must provide copies of the following documents:

• General Secondary Education Certificate.
• General Aptitude Test (GAT) result.
• Achievement Test result for applicants to scientific programs.
• Academic transcript, if the applicant has previously undertaken post-secondary studies.
• Medical examination report.
• Receipt confirming payment of the admission application fee of SAR 500. The fee is non-refundable and will be credited toward tuition fees.

Program-Specific Admission Requirements

In addition to the general admission requirements stated above, academic departments may establish specific requirements for their programs as follows:

1. The applicant must hold a General Secondary Education Certificate from the Scientific Track.
2. General Aptitude Test (GAT) result.
3. Achievement Test result.
4. A weighted admission score of no less than 63%.

Transfer and Course Equivalency Requirements

A student may be admitted by transfer from outside Mustaqbal University, subject to the following conditions:

1. The student must meet the general and program-specific admission requirements.
2. The student must have studied at a university, local college, foreign university or college, or another educational institution licensed by the competent authority in the country of study.
3. The student must not have been dismissed from the institution from which they are transferring for disciplinary reasons.
4. The transfer must be approved by the dean of the receiving college, or an authorized delegate, in accordance with the transfer regulations approved by the College Council.
5. The transfer application must be submitted within the dates specified in the academic calendar.
6. The credit hours approved for equivalency must not exceed 40%, in accordance with the Undergraduate Study and Examination Regulations, or must comply with the applicable bridging-program requirements.
