Strategic Planning Unit

Prepare the implementation plan and timeline for executing the College’s strategic plan.
Monitor the implementation of the College’s strategic plan within the approved timeframe.
Coordinate with the University’s Strategic Planning Department on matters related to implementing the College’s strategic plan.
Monitor the implementation of the College’s initiatives through the Haqiq System and communicate with the initiative owners and supporting entities.
Conduct workshops to assist other units in applying and using the Haqiq System for monitoring the strategic plan.
Prepare periodic reports on the Unit’s achievements.
