Prepare the safety and security manuals, policies, and regulations applicable to all College facilities.
Monitor the operational readiness of the College’s safety and security systems using the designated checklists and assessment tools.
Identify the College’s requirements for ensuring the safety and security of its personnel and students and follow up on their provision.
Coordinate with the relevant authorities to raise awareness and train College personnel on safety and security procedures and the necessary preventive measures.
Monitor the implementation of emergency evacuation, safety, and security programs within the College.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements and regulations to protect College personnel and students while carrying out activities and work within College facilities.
Coordinate with other College committees on matters relevant to their respective responsibilities.
Prepare a comprehensive report at the end of each academic year, including complete statistics and key performance indicators, where applicable.
