Graduation Projects Committee
Committee Responsibilities
- Propose regulations governing graduation projects and submit them to the Heads of the College’s academic departments.
- Collect graduation project proposals from faculty members, evaluate them, and submit them to the relevant Department Councils for approval.
- Announce the approved graduation projects to students.
- Propose innovative graduation projects that serve the community and submit them to the relevant Department Councils for approval.
- Review students’ project preferences and coordinate them with faculty members.
- Prepare the forms required for implementing and monitoring graduation projects.
- Organize the procedures for project evaluation and defense panels.
- Submit graduation project results to the relevant Heads of Departments for approval.
- Archive graduation projects from all academic departments within the College.
- Coordinate with other College committees on matters relevant to their respective responsibilities.
- Prepare a comprehensive report at the end of each academic year, including complete statistics and key performance indicators, where applicable.
