Unit Responsibilities
- Develop policies, regulations, and procedures for continuous improvement and preparation for academic accreditation.
- Promote a culture of quality and strengthen faculty members’ commitment to implementing the quality assurance system.
- Develop the skills of faculty members, teaching assistants, and administrative staff regarding quality assurance requirements and mechanisms.
- Evaluate institutional performance through a comprehensive assessment of the current situation.
- Enable the College to fulfill its mission and achieve its strategic objectives.
- Enhance community engagement activities.
- Support continuous improvement processes to ensure comprehensive quality.
